We chatted with our clients when they were pursuing another property earlier in the year & when we sent them our valuation we quickly realised it was going to sell a way over their budget. They were wanting us to bid for them at auction but we advised we didn’t want to take their money on a property that they couldn’t buy. Although disheartened this built trust with them & when engaged for a full buying search, we advised them of this one prior to coming online & secured it for them at a hotly contested auction, but this time with us on their side they came out on top.
