First and foremost, Matt and Tess make a fantastic team and would highly recommend them! Being overseas and looking for a home that we will be returning to Melbourne to live in, it would be near impossible for us to carry out all the inspections, arrange building and pest inspections, contract reviews and then going to auction - and these are only some of the aspects of the whole process of purchasing a house. We would say our requirements in our house would have also made the search harder for them, but they respected what we were after, gave us sound advice and helped us along the whole way until they secured "the one" for us.
