They also put us in contact with their suggested building inspector, conveyancer, and mortgage broker who all made the process as smooth and easy as possible. In the end, we got a fantastic house that was far better than we would have imagined possible at the start of the process.

The best investment you’ll make – From the moment we met Matt, the level of service provided by him and Tess was exceptional.
There was frequent and detailed communication in a shared WhatsApp group, as well as tracking of both on-market and off-market properties using Monday.com. We always felt like we were in good hands.
Matt and Tess found a property we initially thought was out of reach. Through their diligence and expertise, we learned that this was not the case.
In the span of three days, we received a video walkthrough of the property from Matt, inspected ourselves and then ultimately purchased this property at a price we were extremely happy with. We couldn’t have done this without Matt and Tess.
