We engaged Matt & Dion to act as vendor advocate for our property in Ivanhoe. From our first meeting my wife and I felt completely confident in their ability to project manage and navigate the process for us not just for any result but for the best result. We had previously tried to sell this property a few years back unsuccessfully. Matt & Dion tackled and addressed the potential buyer objections and went to work on doing what could be done to increase our result. They organised trades people, made recommendations to repaint and style the property. To be honest it never looked that good even when the place was new. It was really was a team effort and Matt & Dion were in complete control overseeing Teslec Property revivals and Mecca Property Styling. Big thanks for Tanya from Mecca as she skillfully styled our place to maximise its size. Being a 3 bedroom apartment with smaller living she did an amazing job throughout. Our clients had previously tried to sell the home twice & this was their third attempt. We had to do things a little differently, that started by presenting the property with different staging & taking it to auction. We also invested money into the preparation with our clients & in their words the property had never looked better when completed.
