Templestowe

This was a family friends parents home of over 50 years & there were 5 siblings involved in the decision making. Being that it was an acre of land there was a number of items that needed attention & had been let go over the years. We were engaged to help manage the preparations & manage the agents. We also needed to keep 5 parties in the loop the entire way. We decided to take it to auction & on the day had two buyers compete selling above our clients expectations & closing an emotional chapter for them also.
