Thanks Matt!! We chose Matt from Abode Advocacy to help us sell our house in Vermont. He had helped us buy and sell two previous homes over the last 15 years. As we knew he was reliable and trustworthy he was the obvious choice to help with our next sale. Although the auction didn’t result in a sale on the day, Matt and the team work tirelessly to get our house sold over the next two weeks. 48 hours later he managed to negotiate the purchase of an off market property for us as well.
