Abode Advocacy Group provided an outstanding service overseeing all aspects of selling our apartment which resulted in a fantastic outcome at auction. We honestly could not have asked for a better service! Matt and Dion took care of everything and made the process as simple and stress-free as possible. This started with a professional assessment of works needed to achieve the best sale price, organising all of the trades for repairs in a very short space of time, coordinating staging of the property, negotiating the best deal with various real estate agents and finally auctioning the property. At all times they kept us in the loop and greatly simplified the process by acting as the intermediary between us and everyone else. We just dealt with them and they took care of everything else. Their significant experience in real estate enabled them to cut through the smoke and mirrors and be up front and honest in every respect. This was an interesting one where our clients were based in the United States Of America throughout the campaign & needed us as feet on the ground running the entire sale. We ended up emptying the apartment of the previous failed sale purchasers & rectifying a number of items that had been damaged including painting & carpets to name a couple. We selected an agent & went to market in an auction campaign that was a little against the norm in the building. Come auction evening which we conducted for our clients that were watching on FaceTime we had 3 bidders & sold in excess of what they had been offered previously on the failed sale. They were thrilled.
