Our client has been looking solo for over 2 years & engaged us to speed up the process & tap into our agent network for pre market properties. In the end we presented a number of off market options, but she decided on this abode that was scheduled for auction whilst she was away on a pre planned break.
That was no problem for us & we bid successfully within our budget & secured her dream home, we are thrilled for her & was glad to be entrusted.
