This was a longer search for a variety of reasons but the great thing about that was we got to work with our amazing clients that little longer. This abode we offered on prior to auction, we bid on at auction & ultimately bought in post auction negotiations. We & our clients are thrilled as we all didn’t think we would be able to secure the brief in the preferred location, so that was the icing on the cake.
