Our interstate investor / live later clients were referred to us by a past client. Our search started for an apartment in the inner city that was going to be both a short term good investment & later a comfortable home close to all services & amenities. We found that in Richmond & secured them this great abode. As part of our service we also connect them with a trusted property manager to start the leasing process, until they decide to make Melbourne home.

Loved working with Matt and Tess!We are over in Perth and a friend recommended us to use them, they were print at finding homes that suited what we were looking for - they looked at around 13 homes and sent great videos and personal opinions on what we should do. One contract fell through and we didn’t get our offer which worked out well as the team found one ten times better !! $25k cheaper in fact.
