I've had 2 close family members use Abode Advocacy Group in the last 12 months and their professionalism, expertise and service was exceptional and well beyond our expectations. Buying a property is such a huge investment and there are so many things that can go wrong. If you're not familiar with checking for structural issues with the property or if you don't feel confident about reading contracts, or negotiating with the selling agent over price and terms of sale, then I strongly recommend using Abode. Matt, Tess and Victoria were all excellent. There was no such thing as a dumb question, and the follow up service is brilliant. They made sure the transition between properties, such as suitable settlement dates, was as seamless as possible. Both of my relatives believe their service was great value for money and the best protection for their biggest investment. I would certainly use them for any future purchases.

Well after a couple of false starts, one property we secured subject to a building & pest inspection that failed dismally in the end & we quickly exited the contract for our client. Another one we secured but our client changed his mind & decided to change the brief (this is always no problem with us). So third time lucky with this abode that will work perfectly for all his needs. We secured being unconditional on finance over another buyer.
