Our clients were past sellers & buyers with us & were wanting to sell their investment property. We inspected & provided our feedback on what was required to prepare the home from a trade perspective, they agreed & we managed all trades. We then selected an agent & put the property online with staging for a private sale. This one took a little longer due to the market at the time & being on a main road. But was a good result once sold.
