We came to know Abode Advocacy Group as a buyers agent, when we started looking to buy a property in Melbourne. Being in Sydney, it would have been a daunting task to find the right place in Melbourne. Matt and Dion were very methodical in their approach in looking for a suitable home for us. First They set up a meeting on Zoom to understand our requirements. They searched for properties that suited our need and lifestyle and enabled us to find the place where we are going to reside in Melbourne. They negotiated with the vendor's agent quickly and brought the deal to a successful conclusion. Initially, the idea of a buyer's agent was far fetched for us, but now we found it to be a good way to approach procurement of a home.
