We definitely hit the jackpot when we brought on Matt and Tess to help secure our dream house. Their reviews were all glowing, with 5/5 from 200+ satisfied clients. Wow! That alone convinced us we were going to be working with a dream team. Within exactly 1 week we had found the house we wanted. Brought on Matt and his team who set up a WhatsApp group where we shared communications, multiple times per day. Documents and images were shared via another easy to use app (Monday.com). Building and Pest inspections, draft contract, negotiation strategy discussion and more. Then the auction itself, where Matt’s skills really shone, and where we succeeded in becoming the new owners. It couldn’t have been easier. We’re still pinching ourselves - did this really happen so quickly and so easily. A huge thanks to Matt and the Abode team. Now we look forward to their help to sell our old apartment. Can’t wait for another successful result.
