Matt and the team were great in our pursuit for a family home to live in. We had some very specific criteria, and they were attentive and excellent at searching for properties before they came to market and after (as well as having an eye for detail when inspecting prospective homes). Winning our home at auction with an advocate like Matt was worth the price alone in the savings made there (and I’m sure it would’ve been the same if we had bought by private sale). Having Matt doing the bidding took away the nerves for us while Matt’s bidding increments and timing were done to perfection. The after-purchase service was also excellent as Matt and the team assisted us with some complexities in settlement and ensuring our move in was smooth as well. I highly recommend using them if you’re looking to buy a property to live in as well as for investment. You won’t regret it!
