Our clients were referred to us by past clients as they needed help bidding at auction at this stunning home in blue chip Blackburn. We went along & had the property passed into us as the highest bidder, but the vendors ended up taking a higher offer “subject to finance”. This subsequently fell over & negotiations were re opened some 8 weeks later. At that time we secured it for our clients & they couldn’t be happier with their new abode.
