Our clients were referred to us by a friend they worked with after hearing their horror stories of continually missing out at 4 auctions previously. We met with them & got the brief & knew we could certainly help them. We went to one auction that we were the highest bidder at but the vendors were too high & recommended passing, it never sold. We then went along just to watch this auction, as we expected it to sell over budget, it ended up passing into us & we negotiated the sale.
