Our clients had two abodes going to auction which they liked equally. One in Blackburn & one in their preferred suburb of Surrey Hills. On receiving bulging inspections on both, Blackburn needed re stumping so we adjusted our budget accordingly for that & bowed out when bidding went above. This left the Surrey Hills property which we secured for a price that meant they could move straight in rather than have to rent it out. So they were thrilled.
