This brief was very particular & unique, the client needed an abode big enough to accommodate. Herself & 2 adult children, whilst also allowing for her parents to live with them. They required enough beds & baths but also a single story home for accessibility. It took some time but we managed to secure this on brief & within budget, they were thrilled.

I have only praise for Matt and Tess. They walked us through a very difficult bidding process and secured the property that we needed. We had a very specific brief and both Matt and Tess found our needle in the haystack with a lot of patience and hard work.
